A few weeks back, I was thinking LU might make a play for WSTL/AMTX. I am currently less inclined to expect a LU bid for WSTL. Distibution is nice, but I think they would have liked it more as a package with IP.

PAIR, however, is another story. I could far more easily see a LU bid for PAIR. In a fit of mergermania, I could also envision an ADI or even an ADI/AWRE bid by LU.
