If the takeover rumors are true and a bidding war starts the biggest loosers will be the fraudulent lawyers who run after shareholders to file class action law suites. All there plans to bilk money will evaporate when the sane shareholders kick the ass of the lawyers. I HAVE LOST MONEY IN IFMX and Gupta Corp., and all I heard lawyers are filing class action suits and the comanies have settled. But I did not see any money, as a shareholder. Seems all went to the crooked lawyers pockets.
