I wish I knew. Positive earnings will launch this puppy but I don't see the catalyst at this time. That doesn't mean that there isn't one lurking. I've thought all along AAPL would retest this area. Certainly, it would be very bullish to find support above 425. Today's action is typical of the way it's been trading....gap and crap. Not always but often we've seen this same pattern. The last month could be a very positive basing phase. However, the trends are still down and until we see a solid reversal, I wouldn't put on my horns and blinkers. Nothing wrong with trying to buy but I would keep a very tight stop..... Setting new lows of the day as I type this. Keep the fear high into the weekend is likely. There's been no volume spike to suggest this is anything more than the weak hands bailing before the weekend.
