Where will it lead the rate of currency inflation world wide begins to increase very rapidly and that will lead to inflation world wide. The problem is that we cannot deter non legit transactions and we must have sufficient funds to off set any loss. Cant do that with a currency that is hardbacked . Loss is loss cannot be filled by the FED though it might be filled by an insurance company whom you pay a premium to..

Bitcoin begins people who are just plain fed up with the ease of print of currency. Bitcoins are tied to the transactions we make and not to gov debt directly. Yet the cost and the value of the bit coin can be converted to currency which is tied to gov debt.

What no one thinks about is bitcoin is currency as it can be traded for said so there of it reflects the market price of a good in terms of currency. Numbers of bitcoins will be fixed but the price of a bitcoin will make it very difficult for the less affluent to use them To me question is are we by accident harming the less afluent?
