Richard, The SIZ Pres. must of heeded your call, up 1/2 today. This correction stopped just below the lower Bollinger band support. If the fundamentals are in gear, we should see the old highs even if it's an eight of a point a day. PAG and LXP have also had nice moves, but I think I'm going to hang on as they look like good long term plays. Sold the last of my REA yesterday. I would consider a repurchase on a large correction. There sure is a lot of air in it. Your NTAIF has a nice move early in the day today. Hope it kept the increase. FWIW, my short term cycle topped today so we may see a few days of weakness unless the bonds, which also look tired, give back under 6.0% convincingly. The storage reits are starting to look better on the charts and I may add to my SEA and SSS positions. They haven't done much this year and maybe they are ready to catch up. Regards...George
