Shouldn't be a suprise. He ran the Harvard Law Review the same way. Nobody ever saw him and he let them do whatever they wanted. He talks a lot of con man talk but doesn't do anything whatsover and instead leaves everything up to others and their judgement. That isn't leadership and it will bite him in the ass repeatedly as underlings make all kinds of bad decisions.
