Dave, I believe that WebTalk was simply one of (if not the) first products in this field, but I cannot, unfortunately, offer any comparison. Have you called Lucent's Customer Service line? Ask them to compare & contrast, and do the same with QDEK...I personally have taken an interest in a company called Vocaltec (VOCLF). Their CEO was the one featured on Dateline or 20/20 a couple of weeks ago as I referenced in a previous post. Their stock has taken a big dive, & is near the all time low now. Low volume, usually, but I have traded it on a short term basis a few times for about a point profit, and with a few thousand shares, it's pretty easy money. (Not that I would recommend that someone unfamiliar with the stock just dive in, but check it out.) Unfortunately, I think that VOCLF could usurp the WebPhone as they deal rather strictly in this technology...QDEK has become so diversified, having reorganized into 5 areas last year, then the shake ups this year. Anyway, just a few thoughts on this topic.... Vicki
