The Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the American Medical Association (AMA), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the United Nations World Health Organization all define pregnancy as beginning at implantation. So whether or not some eggs get fertilized (some scientists claim no eggs do, but the evidence is inconclusive), it does not affect the scientific definition of the MA pill as contraceptive rather than abortifacient.

And, as abortion is both a Natural and a Legal Right--the question is moot.
