Zebra... Great post and thank you.

I am a supply and demand watcher. When I see registration being consumated I see supply. Being a MM this tells me to be defensive in the short term with possibly some shorts when you know it's going to come in. I like the fundamentals here and am long, but I have seen too many times MM's shorting in front of known supply that they know will come to the market. The dilution does not bother me but if this PP is being registered for quick sale I want to know. Also, these warrants that were given out (95,000) I would bet my bottom dollar will be converted and sold as soon as possible. This gives the players an immediate "cush" to work from.
