Fine, and I have no sympathy with BP, but I will state the obvious. The last time ATPG made a profit was fy 2008. That is well before the BP disaster. If I were a judge or a jury, you would have to do some really, really, really hard talking to have me give you an award for lost income after. PB has demonstrably fucked this company over to his gain and is probably in violation of a number of securities laws. Again, that argues against recovery from BP. I hope it happens, do not mistake me, but be realistic.
