Interesting, ... I didn't know that, I guess I got so ticked off by the fact a Government thinks it has the right to step in and take something from you ended my research and extended my disgust.

Hmm, .... I think 2+2 makes 4. Seems to be a pattern here and yes the Chinese are accelerating there agenda and the Russians are playing ball with them.
