Right right - it'll appear on any device that your account is logged into iTunes, so it wouldnt be a local plist, eh?

So if one day you "accidently" click on downloading "Jello Wrestling Amazon Lonely Blondes from Mars" and then thought better of it and cancel, it'll be there mocking you until judgement day where the big guy will look at your iTunes account and {you fill in the rest}

So you better be good for goodness sake...
