This will reduce risks for taxpayers."> ~End~ So if the bank, ... not just any bank, ... but a bank that's too large to fail, ... that bank has the right to use the money within its possession and its disposal to correct itself. To Recap, ... "Confiscating wealth from depositors will reduce risks for taxpayers". Don't sound like a good deal to me!
