Screams will come from whatever is being cut.
Things are just screwed. To O.'s credit, it
will not be possible to get another tax hike
through the clowngress.

Worse yet, once you cut whatever generates the least of
screams, more cuts will be necessary because the economy
will weaken. Got Keynes in reverse?
