I've said we're seeing a recovery in housing, but it's tepid. It's not a roaring success. But at this point, I'll take any signs of recovery. This economy can use whatever it can get. This is one of the worst post recession recoveries on record thanks to Bernanke and Obama's policies of sweeping the corruption under the rug, instead of dealing with it head on. BTW, the below is not cherry picking. It is intended to be a macro look by Case Shiller, noted economists and experts in housing. research.stlouisfed.org
