Roller Coaster Ride again today This stock was incredible today. I thought I was watching a nervous breakdown on the ticker. The trend to lower PC prices is firmly in place---Compaq Presario's with Media GX180's, 16MB, 1.6Gig, 8X, 33 modem and monitor ---$899. NEC Powermate V166 (Intel chip), 16MB, 1.6Gig --- $599. This is what is selling out there. I can't percieve any trend to the PII in the consumer market and that was supposed to be 25% of Intels calendar Q4 production. When do they usually preannounce in the quarter? Anyone know? ====================== The stock has been testing the low end of its range the past few days.
