Brad,

Sorry, I got to the string far later today than usual. You obviously dug around and found the answer re: insider buying.

Re: Cincy. Sorry if my words got out the wrong way. When I talked about "no man's land" I was referring to Mr. Hogenkamp's apparently being pushed out from the real power at LWN, rather than saying anything derogatory about Cincinnati. It is my belief that Mr. H lived in Cincy area for years. I can't confirm that, but I believe the Cincy office was basically designed around him.

Mr. H was formerly the Pres. and COO. He now is in charge of the holding company. From a press release before the last earnings were released, Mr. H is not mentioned as part of LWN's new "Executive" Committee. this is what leads me to believe that he is not a major player any more. Also, an executive vp "resigned", he was a recent addition in the last year.

Mr. Loewen has gone through several #2's already. Incidentally, I have not seen any other purchases from insiders, except Mr. Loewen.

Anyways, I can't say anything bad about Cincy, I too am a Buckeye!

John
