You do love your word games, especially when the result is death to another individual that you don't deem worthy of life. We know that slaves were "defined" as not being Human beings but the defining was irrelevant to the truth. So it is the case here as well Human life begins at conception. That is the scientific fact. Taking innocent human life for trivial reasons is always immoral, whether it's legal or not.
