TO Newbie and to All,

I was looking at the high volume list for today, and to my surprise two of the top ten were semiconductor stocks (Sierra semi and Vitesse semi) and both were up today significantly (20% and 15%, respectively). Has anyone heard any specific news about these two stocks, or is the money starting to flow back into semiconductors on a selective basis? if the institutitions are moving back in then it's only a short time before our horse will pick up steam and start running.
