Jupmer, enjoyed the artical you posted the URL to.
Especially liked the part where they said
>>>>He said the IMF efforts, however well-intentioned, were thwarting the natural process of transferring ownership of assets from ''financially weak hands''to ''financially strong hands.''
''It is letting South Korean chip manufacturers -- and the Korea government who encouraged them in expanding in an already flooded market -- to continue their ownership,'' Lindsey said, adding that it would be sensible to allow those who made foolish decisions pay for them by being forced to declare bankruptcy. <<<

Sounds like what the co-founder of Dell had to say a few days ago almost word for word.

You can't let a country go out of busines as it where but if I have land and i want a loan then I have to sell some land and raise dome dough. Maybe if some of these countries had to give up some land for loans they would not have such a casino mentalilty. For example...what about military air bases the USA pays to the nose for. For a couple of billion... maybe they should give it to us. Sound like a decent trade? Just an idea! What you think?
