gary congrats on your tenacity, fact finding, and piecing together a credible scenerio. good news: i hear people are creating the "gary korn business sleuth thread" as we speak, taking your asnd posts, and will use these as a model for future business sleuth writers. i know i will reference them to others who mention buyouts from a rumor only, without any facts. how does the this story end? i hope this is not a book with multiple endings.
