Y2K STOCKS CAN MOVE

SAPIENS lead the y2k market (+14%) on the strength of the positive news . Alyd moved up even more recently. It appears the backdrop of negativism surrounding Y2K investing may be ready to lift. I expect Y2K stocks will rally when the markets next rotates into favoring small cap growth stocks. The traditional technology stocks are are coming under a cloud due to prospects of restricted exports to the Far East.
As an aside it just occurred to me I am not aware of a single Y2K contract that has been signed in Japan.Has anyone else heard of any?
