Ted,
CA been adding more than 200K jobs each year since 2010
And yet CA unemployment is still the highest in the nation. 9.6% is nothing to brag about.

By the way, I have friends that want to move from southern California to northern California. Like I said, high tech is one of the few engines of economic growth remaining in California, and of course, it's all centered here in Silicon Valley.

Everywhere else you look, California isn't all that golden.
