And yet CA unemployment is still the highest in the nation. 9.6% is nothing to brag about.

CA has always had an unemployment rate higher than the rest of the nation.........since at least the 1970s.......thru good times and bad times.

Everywhere else you look, California isn't all that golden.


Things are coming around in the OC and San Diego. But yeah, these days the big growth engine is N. CA. In years past, though, it used to be S. CA while N. CA took a back seat.
