It has been powerful with out Obama's assistance. Just think what we could do with regulatory assistance not to mention the presidential bully pulpet. If energy had a government getting a piece of the price (much like the Alaskan profit sharing plan the funds the "permanent fund" - we'd all be well on our way of reducing the debt and funding medicare/medicaid and SS. This is our free ride out and is being stifled due to political popularity vs sound business plans. When all these new taxes get felt by all - the ground shift will begin - then we'll need a dynamic leader. Bob
