I bought some shares ~2 weeks at 2$ and change. Noticed that this is a solid compounder that has build their reserves steadily over time while keeping the number if shares the same for 10 years now. Still the same guy running it and he seems to know the business. It's still cheap at a little less than 4$. Net cash on thr balance sheet and roughly 50c in earnings for last year. Wish I had bought more, I bought about a 1% position and was aiming to get more but then the news came out. sec.gov An NT-10k (inability to file 10k) never looked that good.
