You have a valid point, however Wiggins had created this panic in the market by not issuing even one press release to reassure investors since Oct 28. This created the panic so that on any whisper the price crashes like house of cards. He definitely was indifferent today to shareholders concerns.

Sure when any good news will come (ie a new ceo or cfo, a positive audit, good earnings, etc etc) the old shareholders will have bailed out due to Wiggins' recklessness and the current buyers (RSSC) will be the winners.

I urge every shareholder to call the company tomorrow to protest Wiggins recklessness and call for his ouster.
