Dear M carter,

If you want my 2 cents, hear is my take on ASND tommorrow. I have followed that stock over 14 months and my gut instinct tells me the following (please note: GUT INSTINCT):

ASND opens delayed

CNBC mainly Joe Kernan a favorite lover/hater of ASND stock reiterates the rumor garbage we have heard all night tonight. Typically, this spurs small time speculation. If you watch CNBC enough you know that when Kernan says a stock may be in play, the stock jumps. Plenty of retirees' in FL sitting on thier nest eggs day trading looking to pick up 3 to 5 points. Traders who shorted panic and start covering thier positions like crazy.

Stock opens 10 a.m. @ 29 - 31, climbs to approx. 34 and waits on new news. If NT or LU plan to play, this is when we should find out. If NT or LU play then the stock climbs to close at 38-39 (on the target number of $40) as indicated in the companys demand price on the rejection statement of the $35 offer.

My gut tells me this stock plays and plays well. It is well overdue, and with the jobless numbers out tommorrow, I expect a big day on Wall Street, possibly a 175 - 200 point Dow up and 40 - 50 Nasdaq up.

If I'm right, I'm a genius, if I'm wrong I am a goat. Either way ASND goes up WE MAKE MONEY.

Good Luck,

Jamie
