What gives with these guys---as of late they keep releasing PRs where they repeat the same thing-over and over. Guess they don't remember what they said back in November, 2012, where they said they would consumate 2 or 3 license deals by the end of March, 2013. Now they say--"The Company is deferring decisions to execute licenses as it assesses strategic opportunities." If major OEMs were negotiating with them in good faith, what would they think if you now tell you that they don't want your business? Considering they haven't had any major revenue in the past---------you want to piss off major OEMs now!!! Seems they are promising and when due date comes and goes---they now want to play hard to get and keep moving the window of delivering any revenue. Spread today has been as much as .25 cents between bid and ask. MMs are seeing finally the volume drying up--so they want to protect themselves when the crash comes........and it will. (IMO) On a positive note I did determine that a McDonalds near Disneyland was 'piloting' the PAMT equipment, however, they also said they were piloting a host of similar products from other companies. With the price of the PAMT equipment, I don't see the value of added cost for the captive customer that a McD has.
