There is no "disenfranchisement" when the voters were never legal to begin with.

What are you talking about? That was never a practical issue...the reps use it to make it more difficult for folks to vote, and we know who the intended targets are. If you don't, then read about it.

If legal voters can't get to the ballot box, or they have to prove their legality beyond reasonable means, then that becomes an issue.


How do you feel about 8 hour waiting times to vote? Is that reasonable? That's what happened in a number of states, Fla among them, after various, inevitably republican, officials, governors and the like cut voting hours from previous elections. Are you aware of what happened in Ohio?
