Hi Steve -

Was Waste Management, Inc. (WM) one of the ones you dumped?

Surprise! New 52 wk high and all time high from 2000.

Waste Management, Inc. (WM) -NYSE
39.33 0.44(1.12%)

Still holding but dividend is at the low end yielding 3.8%. Pay out ratio at 81%. So maybe there is some room to increase it soon.

My last Buy was 11/2011 @ $29.99/share based on your alert. Looks like I did a small sale (30% of my shares) on 1/2012 @ $34.50 (to satisfy my urge to book a quick gain) but never bought those shares back.

So, for me I just hold these dividend payers as long as the PE and dividend are in an acceptable range. I also need something to replace it and/or hold the cash waiting for a bargain to present it's self.

Again, you made the great call on 11/21/2911 for the buy below $30.00/share. Thanks.
