Oh, like less polling places in black areas, with shorter hours than in mostly white areas. Instituted by Republican officials, of course. Try watching some MSNBC and you might learn something.


It backfired in FL, because the blacks were DETERMINED to vote, the old white Republican geezers, not so much.
