No. Especially when done in a rush right before a major election. It is almost if there are ulterior motives...

If you want to phase in something in with ways to safeguard valid voters right to vote, no problem. But to rush into it with no proof it even occurs and risking disenfranchising a large number of voters?

The question is why?
