Sometimes it gets to a point when your are so deep into it, such as EE is, and no one else is willing to take the risk, as evidenced by the lack of anyone really wanting to put out and buy the rest of the PP that was available, EE had no choice. Sure he put in 2.5 million, ......a little late to go for a public financing, as he gobbled up all others. It will be interesting too see if his wallet is open for more donations, where's the drilling program for this year, and who's paying? EE or Teck, the last pp showed the public isn't interested !!
So let's break this apart.
No one was willing to take the shot (that's case for every company on the TSXV, or maybe you didn't notice. It's not about CUU.
EE had no choice. Sure he put in 2.5 million, ...... (EE committed to the 2.5 before the 500k was even announced, see NR Feb 22nd) (and he didn't just put in 2.5 million, maybe you missed the other 10 pp's.)
