Ken, I didn't actually own the stock back in September, but check the following posts on this thread. Interestingly, my PW broker was only seeing an April dividend also. Guess I've got a couple of loose ends to resolve now. Message 2266051 Message 2321828 Message 2321948 Message 2322020 Message 2331896 Aha, I followed the link in the last post above to PCquote and they do seem to indicate an ex-dividend date of 12/05/97, although they seem to show the last dividend paid of 1.836. So far I am confused, as stockholders appeared to be when last dividend was paid in September. It appears both of our brokers indicate a last dividend paid in April, yet per this thread another was paid in September, and now it appears there's one being paid in December.
