I disagree. <<scam or no scam>> Do you really think the market should be like that. Then I guess we have very divergent opinions. I would like to hope that most non-professional small investors do worry about being cheated, I know the large professional investors don't like it. I suppose if you owned a store you wouldn't take measures to stop shoplifting ? DelGratia is a case in point, if you must place your trust in experts, experts must be trustworthy. You can make a case for being naive and tripling your money while blithely disregarding the fundamentals of any investment.
