What are your thoughts on sector rotations? The massive ramp in the banks the last week could be distribution to those late to the party. We are nearing the end of tax season here in the US, so people have been putting new retirement money to work. Seems to me that we should be watching the out of favor sectors for bases and trend changes to the upside and, similarly, looking for the stronger sectors to roll over.
