Dave no I did not double up - not yet. Buying Power earmarked for UTR went to SVGI last week. I was going to buy at 17 3/8 (i.e., equal to 80% of my original price) and had an open order. Cancelled late last week because of the SVGI buy. I am planning to buy one of these days though just have to decide what to sell. Intend to buy about 125% more shares. Averaging down with a vengeance. The way the stock's acting the price looks like it may crack 17.

Re: ValueLine - they do updates on the semis in October, January, April and July. The information I quoted is from the October '97 issue. So presumably nothing new has been added. UTR may however be in S&P's Outlook list - I know I've seen it somewhere else. Will check this and get back to you.
