My question is if they're naturalized citizens, how do they NOT have documentation?

You'd have to send me the article so we can determine what kind of docs the law requires. I saw a news expose about Pennsylvania, when they first passed voter ID laws...the process for a born citizen without a driver's license and living in the burbs was horrible. CNN showed the mess...it concluded that some people would no do it...which was the intent by republicans...so it's not that it forbids people from voting, it makes the process more of a hassle and enough folks give up, and a majority of them were estimated to be minorities.

Do you think this guy said what he said because the voter ID law there would wipe out rampant fraud? C'mon...Obama held double digit leads in Penn for most of the election.
