This stock and the company are in trouble, I wouldn't hold my breath about an earnings surprise. CS has spent too much time and energy and MONEY trying to schooze customers and not enough on product. My feeling is that there is a revolution coming at CS that will take some time and will get it out of the wild spending pattern that its gotten into and focus more on getting the kinds of products the market is buying. If they don't do this the same trend will continue. Very loose operation, they need to tough financial management and some really good engineering to turn things competely around, IMHO.
