Should have been torn-up many years ago, (and both deficit hawks and the entire refining and auto industries are right now trying to get this silly corporate welfare mandate tossed out of the laws), but the corn state politicians are fighting to the last man defending this welfare.

Interesting to see if THIS TIME it can finally be killed off!
