There are transition dynamics counterprogramming prevailing systems. Levels of self interest within hierarchal trends, are fracturing along lines not foreseen by previous 30 year planners.

the price suppression programs overriding the small and mid cap growth stocks within the oil complex are there as abreactions to these companies whose efforts, interrupted the hegemony trend of the last cycles prevailing powers.
