Built out of real lumber. Well insulated back when natural gas was expensive. The cost of a 2x4 is higher now than when we had a building boom. Future homes will be smaller more frugal and made of cheaper recycled materials vs the real more traditional products. I can see it in new developments being built here in Houston now. Bob
