In today's article I point out a new observation

April 12 SPY At Record High And ECRI's WLI Growth Holding In Positive Territory
Is WLI growth moving lower predicting lower prices for SPY in the weeks ahead or is it just a speed bump before the market rolls on to more new highs in the weeks ahead? The prior three pull-backs in WLI growth on chart 5 below line up with corrections in the market.
We are currently in a pull-back of WLI growth that has not seen an overall market correction. But... the cyclical stocks have pulled back significantly so I actually put some of my profits into some of those recently. Perhaps the mess in Cyprus has money seeking "safer return" from Europe finding a home in US stocks that are making new highs and thus holding up the averages.
