Betty;

I am confused, I thought the only way lowering the stock price would benefit the holder of the units if their shares are based on a future stock average. The units sold by JMAR are fixed price per share and not subject to a conversion factor. I have seen offerings (debentures) that are based on a 20%+ reduction to the average price of the stock for the past 5 business days. These convertible debentures have a certain time frame for conversion and thus it would be the best interest of the holder to reduce the stock price to obtain maximum number of shares. Am I wrong here?
