I think there is a problem with perceptions. What would society be like if everybody was either a doctor or lawyer. I could see that happening. Actually I think it has happened in the lawyer profession. So many incompetent lawyers have been produced in the last 15 years that none of them can get jobs in the field. That is what is wrong with the educational system in a nutshell. They are all saddled with debt, most work as bartenders and servers and they sure proved how smart they are!
