I sold all my shares today-----------and in A-H we get this news. I told the management at last year's shareholder meeting that they didn't have a clue as for running a company. Now the insider are even throwing in the towel.





5:42 PM Discovery Labs ( DSCO) files a registration with the SEC to sell up to 2.34M shares of on behalf of selling shareholders. The company will not receive proceeds from the secondary offering.
