brent at low 70's high 60's is rational, when wti is 58... world needs lower energy prices or substitution will be enabled... nobody wants substitution...cause it means the commodity is dead for a 100 years.....or longer... the contrivance is over.... shoulda woulda coulda....these national oil economies, without degrees of freedom... dumb or dumber by degree. sorry my job is input....nothing personal.
