But his point about paying for DLT and subtracting for DD is well taken. It is like buying a house which you may tear down on a nice piece of land. You pay the value of the land less the cost of tearing the house down. I would appreciate your analysis of the value of QNTM if done on that basis. Is it cheap yet by that standard. How would you compare the valuation with SEG?
