We're in the midst of abandoning tradition and losing the country we all embraced and grew up loving. It's been going on for years and it's unacceptable. Events like what happened yesterday (while minor compared to 9/11) serve as evidence that people inside and outside our country are losing the respect we once commanded. We're better than this. Our parents were better than this and our children deserve better than this.
